·Main Steps for Reference：

Main steps for reference：
1. Load the wood board on feed-in unit.
2. Specification of the wood board will be measured and transmitted to the cutting machine by the automatic measurement station (or just by scanning the bar code/QR code on the wood board).
3. The cardboard in storage area will be cut into appropriate size according to the specification transmitted.
4. Put the finished cardboard from cutting machine to conveyor, then it will combined with the wood board.
5. The cardboard will be folded by folding device to form a semi-open cover for the first nailing and preparation of the next process.
6. The long edge supporting device supports the semi-open cover to let operators put the foam inside the cardboard.
7. Cover the cardboard and nail for the second time to form a carton, then stick label on the carton to finish packing(or finished by the automatic carton sealing machine).
8. Feed the full carton out and then unload it.
