3. Compared with traditional EVA edge banding:
·The glue line is fine and the amount of glue is only about 1 / 3 of EVA
·The anti-solvent can be immersed in the thinner, especially suitable for solid wood furniture and others which need to be painted.
·With good heat resistance, long-distance container or UV coating line processing is available.
·With good cold resistance, the film will not be brittle at - 20 ℃.
·With good waterproof performance, suitable for kitchen, bathroom and other high humidity environment.
4. Gradual collosol, melting while using, equipped with precise gear pump, can quantificationally supply the glue.
5. PID temperature control, using imported PT100 temperature sensor, can realize high and low temperature alarm function, safety and it can protect the system.
6. Spraying Teflon coating, the glue is more uniform, prevent the rubber carbonization, easy to clean.
